Notes: -
All applications to reach HR Dept before commencement of Leave and will be subjected to approval by HQ.
Annual Leave to be taken minimum 3 days in advance; Long vacations to be submitted 2 weeks in advance.
Immediate Superior should be informed on the day itself for Urgent / Medical Leave.
Medical Leave to be submitted upon reporting back to work.
Medical Claims to be submitted via Claim Form along with original MC & Receipt to HR Dept before 20th.
Apply for leave that you have earned, Advance Leave and Unpaid Leave is discouraged.
Unpaid Leave will be deducted in the following month. *Penalty applies for FORCED / UNAPPROVED LEAVE.
