Notes: -

• All staff must submit their
• Unendorsed timesheets latest by 25th of each month.
• Endorsed Timesheets latest by 2nd of the following month.
• A penalty of $5 will be imposed on staff who fail to:
• Write their names clearly on their timesheets.
• Write the client compnay name clearly on the timesheet.
• Get the supervisor to endorse their timesheets by the 2nd of the following month.
• Staff may submit their timesheets here or fax it to 6515 9918, Attn: Anisah/Syalin.
• Overtime will be paid if the Overtime claim form is submitted and endorsed by the supervisor.
